Do you have ideas to decorate old milk cartons and plastic laundry detergent bottles?
I'm trying to get a beautiful garden interior window sill going, but has a very tight budget. So I've been saving milk jugs and used a gallon container of clothes was detergent to the fashion in my 'pots'. The problem is that these containers are very ugly. I have tried to paint with a core business of painting I have, but rubs right off after it dries and makes a big mess. Any ideas on how I can decorate these plastic containers to look less cheap, classy, not gaudy, and easy to make at home?
How about this: Buy a roll of duct end (3 or 4 inches wide) and fold the edge attached with a glue gun. You can get low-cost tape "for sale" at any fabric or crafts store. The variety is endless. I really like this idea and may try myself!
