Bugs climbing all over my beans.?

Calling all green fingers vegetable growers out there! I recently purchased and even a potted plant healthy beans and was doing quite well in the garden in the sun. On Saturday I noticed a few ants crawling around the main stem, so that gave a quick burst of an organic insecticide. At present, the errors are back with some friends! So the ants actually damage plant (right now there are holes nibble but I think this has been done by a rogue bullet) or are really makes me a favor and eat some of the mistakes of others? If there is likely to devour my plant, how do I kill them - Keep in mind that thinks about eating the vegetables at some point, ideally for a more natural way possible and not have to resort to chemicals. I looked through several books on gardening, but can not find information on this. Thank you very much for your help!

Try a fellow of the crops grown next to the bean. Here's some information: Beans - Beans be an excellent addition to carrots, strawberries, corn, peas, potatoes, cucumbers, rosemary, and radishes. Almost any vegetable, except onions and garlic goes well with beans growing nearby. Good grass: Satureja hortensis
