Chlorophyll reflects green light. No pass. The colors are mainly to be absorbed the colors of visible light is not green. We have developed the ability to see wavelengths that we see, because they are most abundant. Lights for growing plants indoors have a purple dye, so I imagine the colors cool like blue and purple is the most important rather than "hot" colors like red and orange. I do not think a lot of green glass that affect plant growth, like plants reflect green light only away anyway.
