I have gray mosquito errors as small as my inner container garden of vegetables and aphids, how to get rid of them?

I am increasingly plus an organic vegetable garden inside the windowsill. I have gray tiny mosquito like bugs with wings in all the earth. The earth is composed of soil in the pot redworm organic and environmentally friendly compost quality. The victims include small tomato vegetable plants, lettuce, spinach and broccoli. These stupid mistakes seem to be the inhibition of plant growth. Need an organic way to get rid of these pests. Do not round up or pesticides, as this is a poison to our bodies when we eat foods, and cause brain damage in people.

If they are crawling insects, diatomaceous earth will help. If you are flying insects that land on your plants, try orange oil (or other vegetable oils), organic insecticidal soaps, etc. Here is a link: http://gardening.about.com/od/gardenproblems/a/OrganicPesticid. htm
