Recently started to seed for the garden, after germination and sprouting, a green light blue stain?

I started seeds my garden Ferry Morse Organic Seed Starter Mix. After they have sprouted, where about 1 or 2 inches high, there is a green light that appears blue stain in roots. What is it and how can I prevent this from happening?

Most likely botrytis mold, which is caused by cold air and damp, stagnant. Prevention is easier than cure ... a brighter light, good air circulation, and let the soil dry out slightly between waterings. If you start again, new land use mix and tops, if possible, to avoid contamination of the new crop. Good luck!
