It is my collarbone injury, will greatly reduce my chances of being a pilot AF?
I have perfect eye sight, I am in excellent shape, and have taken AP and honors courses throughout my career in high school ... but a few years ago I broke my clavicle and its never been the same ... feels as if its not long enough for the intake and gradually keeps dislocating and do things like push-ups or run more than 10 miles at a time ... but I used to do the surgery because the place where they should put the pin in it near my corato artery and its not very painful when it is dislocated so do not want to risk ... is this injury will reduce considerably my chances of being a pilot AF? ... its allready pretty hard from what Ive heard
Only a flight surgeon can say with certainty. Thus I do not think any stuff here. Ask your AF recruiter in your local area and if 17-18 will move heaven and earth for answers to your questions. USAF retired SNCO, Flight Mech for 4 years
